A Big Big Opportunity for Hamilton Artists

Wednesday, March 22, 2017
CoBALT Connects, the non-profit arts service organization behind the revitalization of 270 Sherman (The Cotton Factory), as well as a number of other studio spaces around Hamilton (including some on Cumberland Avenue), has grand plans to make 233 Ottawa St. N. a space for artists to rehearse, create, and even sell their wares. BIA Rebranding

Thursday, March 31, 2016
To many, branding is just a logo, a slogan, or something that sets a business apart. We like to think of branding as so much more, when Ottawa St decided to re-brand a few years ago we were thinking about the entire customer experience, everything from our logo, website, social media platforms, how we answer the phone, right down to the way our customers feel. We believe that your brand is defined by the way your customer perceives you. It's important to be aware of your brand experience and have a plan to create the brand experience that you want to have.
