Calling Ottawa St. N home since opening in 1957, Bill took purchased the business from his father in 1985 and moved the store to its current location at 110 Ottawa St. N. Having worked in computer programming, Bill found the lack of interaction with others to be too dry and he was drawn to get involved in the customer service driven business of his family.
Most of Bill’s customers come from within a 20km drive of the store but he has drawn customers from Mississauga and Niagara as well. Not only does he sell vacuum supplies and repair vacuums in house, but Bill also sells central, household and commercial vacuums at a competitive price to box stores. Able to supply customers with a vacuum that fits a wide range of needs and budgets, Bill strives to maintain superior customer service through his deep understanding of vacuums and his ability to repair the vacuums himself.
